Blended Finance for Healthcare enterprises is a special funding line to offer loans to impact-led healthcare enterprises by using an outcome-based payment model called Social Success Note.

  • Legal status : Professionally managed Pvt Ltd companies
  • Annual revenue : Greater than INR 5Cr or recent monthly revenue rate of INR 60L
  • Vintage: > 2 years of operations
  • Sectors: Affordable & accessible healthcare delivery, Screening and Diagnostics, Medical equipment, ICT for Healthcare, Healthcare Skilling.

  • Ticket Size: INR 1Cr-10Cr
  • Rate of interest: 14-18% p.a. + 1-2% One-time processing fee
  • Structure: Term loans with pay-for-performance model. The enterprise can get up-to 500 basis points benefit based on the achievement of impact metrics.
  • Nett Rate of Interest p.a : 10-13% p.a
  • Purpose: Working capital or Capital expenditure.
  • Tenor: 12-48 months
