By submitting this loan application form, you on behalf of borrower (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”) hereby agree and give unconditional consent to Caspian Impact Investments Private Limited, Caspian Impact Investment Adviser Private Limited and their respective affiliates, group companies, employees, advisors, consultants and directors (collectively referred to as “Caspian”) to obtain/disclose/share any/all information provided in this loan application form to any agencies including but not limited to statutory bodies, government departments, credit bureaus, advisors and consultants for the purposes of conducting a due diligence on the Applicant, its key shareholder, directors and group companies. The Applicant fully understands and agrees that the sanction and disbursement of the proposed loan/credit facility will be at the sole discretion of Caspian Impact Investments Private Limited, a non-banking financial company existing under the Companies Act, 2013. The Applicant confirms that it shall not make any claim against Caspian, in case this request is rejected or no loan/credit facility is sanctioned or disbursed for any reason whatsoever.”
