Adithya is a mechanical engineer who transitioned into the finance sector. He commenced his career as the head of prototyping at an incubator and later assumed the role of grants manager for government grants. Throughout his career, he has been actively engaged in the entire lifecycle of startups, observing their progression from the conceptual stage to the minimum viable product (MVP) stage, and from initial seed funding rounds to Series A and B funding rounds.
Adithya‘s professional journey includes experiences working in both accelerator and incubator environments, as well as serving as an investment manager for a SEBI-registered CAT-1 Fund. Subsequently, he worked as an associate for a debt financing organization.
